Lawn Aeration & Overseeding

Before Service (All Customers)

- Saturate (heavily water) lawn the day before service for best results.

- Mow lawn to 2" 1-2 days before service.

- Pick up any sticks, rocks, leaves, and equipment in the lawn.

- Clearly mark with flags all irrigation systems, invisible fences, or other obstructions in the lawn. By agreeing to this service, you acknowledge and agree that J&H Lawn Care is not liable for damage to unmarked obstructions.

After Service (Overseeding Customers)

- Water dilligently, check the lawn daily to ensure the soil remains moist. Some areas may need more water than others depending on the amount of sunlight.

- Cover bare dirt areas with Seed Aide hydro mulch. We can also pick this up and drop it off when completed with the service, or apply it as well.

- Wait until grass is 3-4" tall to mow. This develops the root system deep into the soil, ensuring germination.

- Do not apply weed control until the lawn has been mowed 3-4 times. This is too stressful on the newly seeded areas and will prevent germination.
